Finance Planning & Analysis Specialist

Join the pladis Europe FP&A team as a Finance Planning & Analysis Specialist to help build a best-in-class function. You will support planning, forecasting, and performance reporting across four European regions, providing key financial insights to senior leaders and driving business decisions.

• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across four European regions
• Prepare monthly performance reports and analyze results versus budget, forecast, and prior year
• Analyze market, category, and SKU performance to identify growth opportunities
• Partner with regional Finance teams to drive accountability and performance improvement
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for strategic initiatives
• Improve FP&A processes, reporting tools, and leverage data analytics
