Senior Tax Accountant - Family Office

Uline is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join their family office team. This role involves ensuring regulatory compliance for a North American company by managing tax records, preparing returns, and conducting tax research. You will also support other tax accountants and organize shareholder tax records.

• Gather and maintain tax records for US S-Corp, partnership, and individual returns
• Manage tax returns, quarterly payments, and extensions
• Review fixed asset reporting and tax depreciation
• Conduct tax research and report findings
• Organize shareholder tax records and review individual returns
• Guide and support Income Tax Accountants
