Fixed Income Controllership Analyst

Join Morgan Stanley's Fixed Income Controllership team in Baltimore as an Analyst. You will provide critical financial analysis and business performance metrics to support senior management decision-making, focusing on financial controls, P&L, and balance sheet reporting for global Fixed Income businesses.

• Produce internal management reporting for global Fixed Income businesses
• Perform month-end analysis of books vs. reported differences
• Partner with global controllers for quarter-end due diligence
• Support Fixed Income business unit COOs and Controllers for expense-related questions
• Collaborate with colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
• Develop understanding of Finance functional area, tools, and processes
