Lititz Financial Analyst

Kenvue is seeking a Financial Analyst to support its Lititz, PA manufacturing site. This role will provide financial guidance to the management team, assist with monthly/quarterly closing and reporting, and identify financial risks and mitigation plans. The analyst will also support the development of long-term financial plans and annual budgets.

• Lead site finance business partner for manufacturing facility
• Provide decision support through thorough financial analysis
• Support development of plant long-range financial plan
• Ensure accurate monthly financial closing process
• Prepare reports on actual expenditures vs. budget
• Support annual budget and forecast updates
