Tax Specialist (Income Tax)

Ameren is seeking a Tax Specialist to support income and non-income tax assignments, including research, planning, compliance, and special projects. This role involves assisting with renewable energy tax credits, preparing journal entries, and reviewing sales tax on vendor invoices. You will also contribute to tax research and address tax-related inquiries from various business teams.

• Support income tax diligence and compliance for renewable energy tax credits
• Assist with non-income tax compliance and monthly journal entries
• Review sales tax on vendor invoices
• Complete tax research projects and assist with income tax planning
• Address tax questions and support ongoing projects with written communications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required
