Cost Accounting Finance Analyst

This senior finance role supports the Worldwide Cost Accounting organization, focusing on advanced variance analysis and digital enablement. You will partner with global stakeholders, leveraging digital tools and automation to enhance reporting, strengthen controls, and drive finance transformation.

• Own complex cost and inventory accounting activities
• Perform advanced variance analysis and root-cause investigation
• Serve as a subject matter expert for cost accounting processes
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and internal controls
• Identify, design, and lead process improvements using digital tools
• Develop and enhance digital reporting and automation solutions
