Senior Financial Analyst - Financial Reporting

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Financial Reporting team. This role involves preparing SEC filings, monthly financial reports, and researching complex accounting issues. You will work closely with finance leadership and auditors, contributing to consolidated U.S. GAAP accounting and reporting.

• Prepare portions of quarterly (10-Q) and annual (10-K) SEC filings
• Assist with quarterly earnings release documents
• Prepare monthly financial reporting package sections
• Analyze financial data for completeness and accuracy
• Research complex accounting issues and prepare technical memos
• Account for areas like goodwill, business combinations, and share-based compensation
