• Process complex, high-value, and non-routine accounts payable transactions
• Investigate and resolve escalated invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accurate general ledger recordings
• Maintain and analyze transaction records for financial reporting and internal controls
• Support system upgrades and process improvement initiatives
• Monitor shared inboxes and manage departmental communications
