Financial Analyst

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team in Parsippany, NJ. This hybrid role involves delivering financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and producing high-quality analysis and reporting for strategic business units. The ideal candidate will leverage analytical tools and technology to provide actionable insights and drive performance.

• Own and enhance forecasting and models for strategic business units
• Support financial planning processes including forecasts and annual operating plans
• Perform variance analysis and ensure consistent financial reporting
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Produce executive-ready reporting and presentations on business unit performance
• Share actionable insights with management using business intelligence tools
