Controller, Business Units

Red Ventures is seeking a senior financial leader to serve as the Business Unit Controller. This role owns financial integrity and close processes for dynamic business units, bridging daily activities with corporate financial needs. You will partner with business leaders to translate financial performance into strategic insights and lead a team of accounting professionals in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

• Own financial accuracy for assigned business units, including revenue, costs, and profitability
• Oversee monthly close processes at the BU level, ensuring alignment with corporate standards
• Drive simplification and streamlining of the end-to-end close process
• Lead and execute regulatory and international audit processes across assigned business units
• Provide deep visibility into business performance drivers and translate financial results into actionable insights
• Partner with FP&A to ensure financial plans are grounded in operational reality
