You will be responsible for internal and external reporting, designing accounting policies, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

• Lead end-to-end financial operations for BMI Sweden
• Guide finance functions through organizational transformation
• Manage financial accounting, statutory reporting, and operational financial management
• Deliver actionable financial analysis and reporting to senior stakeholders
• Streamline accounting workflows and reduce month-end closing timelines
• Serve as primary contact for technical accounting inquiries, auditors, and regulatory bodies
