Finance Specialist

The Finance Specialist provides essential accounting and finance support to assigned business units, ensuring accurate financial information and timely processes. You will collaborate with finance teams to manage daily accounting operations, reconciliations, financial close, and reporting, while promoting compliance with organizational policies.

• Perform accounting activities including journal entries, allocations, reconciliations, and account analysis
• Support accounts payable, vendor administration, and payment processing
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Maintain financial records and ensure data accuracy for reporting and decision-making
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 3 years' experience
• Experience with GAAP and fund accounting principles
