Part-Time Finance Associate - Tax

Uline is seeking a Part-Time Finance Associate to support tax operations. This role offers hands-on experience in tax compliance, customer interaction, and finance, ideal for students, those re-entering the workforce, or anyone seeking flexible hours. You will work 15-20 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, between 10 AM and 6 PM.

• Review and maintain sales tax exemption certificates
• Assist customers with tax certificate requirements
• Calculate and process sales tax credits
• Collaborate with the Finance team
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
