Customer Service Representative

U-Haul is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join their team in Memphis, Tennessee. In this role, you will be the face of U-Haul, assisting customers with products and services, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and using technology to manage rentals. This position offers on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement.

• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services
• Inspect and maintain equipment
• Use smartphone-based technology for rentals and inventory
• Answer customer questions and educate them on offerings
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns
• Install hitches and trailer wiring
