Senior Accountant

GiveWell is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage complex accounting functions, focusing on revenue reconciliation and grant recognition. This role involves collaborating with the Controller on process improvements, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring accurate financial reporting for a rapidly growing organization that directs significant funds to impactful global health initiatives.

• Own revenue reconciliation from various payment platforms
• Prepare quarterly grants reconciliation and ensure accurate liability recording
• Assist with complex close processes including investments and lease amortization
• Support audit and tax compliance, including drafting financial statements
• Drive process improvements for a scalable finance function
• Mentor the Staff Accountant
