Senior Accountant

Waymo is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage global month-end close, consolidation, and intercompany accounting processes. This role involves operationalizing accounting frameworks for international expansion, leading global transfer pricing, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS. The position offers opportunities to automate processes, research technical accounting issues, and contribute to strategic financial initiatives.

• Own global month-end intercompany close and consolidation
• Drive multi-currency FX revaluations, eliminations, and group reporting
• Operationalize and scale accounting framework for international expansion
• Lead global transfer pricing, service fees, and cost-sharing agreements
• Manage global statutory reporting and compliance
• Automate and improve accounting processes and systems
