International Controller - Associate

iCapital is seeking an Associate to join their International Corporate Finance team in Lisbon. This role supports accounting, financial close, tax, treasury, statutory reporting, and audit processes for international entities across EMEA and APAC. You will collaborate with internal teams, external providers, and auditors to ensure accurate reporting and timely delivery of finance priorities.

• Support accounting and financial reporting for international legal entities
• Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes with local firms
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Assist with tax compliance, filings, and audits across multiple jurisdictions
• Prepare statutory financial statements and audit support documentation
• Monitor cash positions and process payments for international entities
