Manager, Accounting

Onto Innovation is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and manage month-end close processes. This role involves partnering with various departments to maintain compliance and provide financial insights, while also leading and developing a team of accounting professionals.

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Review and analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Oversee general ledger activity and corporate allocations
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and internal controls
• Lead, coach, and develop accounting staff
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
