Senior Financial Analyst

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead finance for their Sera business unit. You will partner with leadership to provide financial insights, manage FP&A functions including revenue, expenses, and capital investments, and support strategic decision-making. This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and opportunities for broad experience within a global organization.

• Serve as finance business partner to Senior Director and General Manager
• Perform detailed revenue and gross profit analysis
• Analyze manufacturing variances and partner with operations
• Own forecasting, tracking, and analysis of operating expense budget
• Develop financial models and business cases for new product introductions
• Support core FP&A operating mechanisms and ad hoc analytical projects
