Senior International Tax Analyst II

Join TransUnion's International Tax team as a Senior International Tax Analyst II to support global tax reporting, compliance, and strategic initiatives. You will prepare and analyze international tax provisions, assist with U.S. tax return disclosures, and research tax legislation to identify planning opportunities. This hybrid role requires collaboration with global subsidiaries, external advisors, and internal finance teams.

• Support quarterly and annual income tax provision process for international operations
• Prepare and analyze international tax calculations related to ASC 740
• Coordinate with foreign subsidiaries and external advisors for global tax compliance
• Research and analyze domestic and international tax legislation
• Support cross-border structuring, transfer pricing, and acquisition due diligence
