Insurance Operations Expense Strategy Lead

Lead the expense strategy for KKR's insurance platform, focusing on financial planning, reporting, and operational rigor. This role involves collaborating across finance, operations, and other key stakeholders to drive scalable processes and informed decision-making.

• Lead preparation and delivery of recurring expense reporting
• Automate manual processes and develop efficient data analysis methods
• Partner with KKR Total Firm FP&A for insurance expense impact
• Own insurance statutory expense analytics and modeling
• Coordinate annual budget, forecast updates, and long-term planning
• Support monthly close processes and expense analysis
