Project Finance & Accounting Specialist

Support an assigned portfolio of service and equipment projects by managing project setup, modifications, and contract-to-system reconciliation. You will also be responsible for project accounting, billing readiness, operational reporting, forecasting, and providing commercial support to ensure accurate financial tracking and analysis.

• Manage project setup, modifications, and contract-to-system reconciliation in Deltek Costpoint ERP
• Validate project costs, support billing readiness, and review unbilled balances
• Prepare month-end close entries, reconcile project accounts, and explain variances
• Maintain project dashboards, analyze operational trends, and support forecasting
• Assist with quote pricing, margin calculations, and SOX control evidence
• Foundational accounting knowledge and strong Excel skills required
