Thermal Works LLC is seeking a part-time Controller to lead global accounting operations, enhance financial controls, and implement a new ERP system. This role requires deep technical accounting expertise, operational leadership, and experience with financial systems implementation in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead global accounting operations and close processes
• Strengthen financial controls and develop accounting policies
• Drive ERP system implementation and financial transformation
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS
• Partner with cross-functional teams and external auditors
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience
