Associate Director, Controller

Carrier is seeking an Associate Director, Controller for its North America Truck Trailer business unit. This leadership role ensures the accuracy and compliance of financial operations, overseeing daily accounting activities, financial statement preparation, and period-end close. The position partners with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and drives continuous improvement in processes and controls.

• Oversee daily accounting activities and ensure US GAAP and SOX compliance
• Lead financial statement preparation and consolidation
• Develop and mentor a team of accounting professionals
• Partner with cross-functional teams for strategic decision-making
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and controls
• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex issues
