Tax & Accounting Manager

Lead accounting activities across Italy, France, and Spain, ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and support for business decisions. This role involves statutory and group reporting, tax compliance, working capital improvement, and driving digital transformation within the finance team. You will also coach and develop a team of Accounting Specialists.

• Lead financial closing activities (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Ensure accuracy of accounting records and financial statements
• Manage Group reporting under US GAAP
• Oversee tax compliance and transfer pricing
• Monitor working capital performance
• Drive finance digitalization and ERP enhancements
