Staff Accountant

AdventHealth is seeking a Staff Accountant to provide day-to-day operational support for fiscal operations. This role involves reconciling ledgers, processing direct deposits, assisting with journal entries, and preparing financial statements. You will collaborate with management and senior accountants on audits, cost reports, and financial allocations.

• Reconcile subsidiary ledger records and assist with daily operations
• Process direct deposit requests and research cash reconciliation items
• Organize and prepare journal entries and reclassification entries
• Assist with closing ledgers and reconciling balance sheet accounts
• Prepare financial statements and support audits and cost reports
• Collaborate with management to meet financial deadlines
