Senior Manager Transfer Pricing

RSM is seeking a growth-focused Senior Manager to build and lead a transfer pricing team in Dallas. This role involves managing client engagements, developing staff, and expanding services to existing and new clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in transfer pricing, financial analysis, and team supervision.

• Build and grow a transfer pricing team
• Act as a growth catalyst and brand ambassador
• Run client engagements from start to finish
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff
• Evaluate and advise clients on intercompany transfers
• Contribute to thought leadership materials
