Accounting Manager, General Accounting (CPA Required)

Lennar, a leading homebuilder, seeks an Accounting Manager for General Accounting to oversee daily accounting processes, ensure accurate financial reporting under U.S. GAAP, and support monthly close activities. This role involves maintaining internal controls, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Manage day-to-day general accounting activities including fixed assets and leases
• Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Assist in maintaining accounting policies and internal controls
• Partner with internal and external auditors
• Collaborate on process improvements and automation
