What we are looking for

Assist in preparation and review of SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K)
Prepare and review supporting documentation for financial reports
Coordinate with external auditors on filing reviews
Manage and optimize external reporting systems and tools
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Investor Relations, Legal, and Tax
Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and internal controls
