Senior Financial Analyst

As a Senior Financial Analyst at Workday, you will be instrumental in shaping leadership's understanding of our topline performance. You will own critical reporting, build insightful dashboards, and develop sophisticated financial models to drive forecasting and strategic decision-making. This is a hands-on role for a curious and accountable individual eager to translate complex data into actionable insights and improve financial processes.

• Own end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and weekly revenue reporting packages
• Build and maintain management dashboards for performance tracking
• Develop and own financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
• Analyze revenue trends, drivers, and variances with clear recommendations
• Drive process improvements in reporting and modeling workflows
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience with SaaS business models
