About this role
PHINIA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their corporate accounting team. This role will be responsible for leading month-end close activities, account reconciliations, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
What we are looking for
6- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities
- Prepare and analyze journal entries and account reconciliations
- Monitor balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Coordinate annual budget and monthly forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
