Fee Analyst

Analyze and interpret fee schedules and agreements to ensure accurate billing and revenue posting for client accounts. This role involves establishing and maintaining billing information within internal systems, processing account requests, and researching inquiries to support the Global Fee Management group.

• Review and interpret fee agreements and fee schedules
• Set up and maintain billing records within the fee management platform
• Process account requests and resolve billing inquiries
• Utilize financial systems including Entrata, Advantage Fee, and Salesforce
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures and regulatory guidelines
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
