Senior Accountant

Onebrief is seeking a Senior Accountant to maintain accurate financial records, strengthen accounting processes, and support timely financial reporting for their growing AI-powered workflow software company. You will handle core accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR, billing, and close processes, while partnering with other departments to improve operations.

• Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, AP, AR, and billing
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and financial reporting
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audits, and internal controls
• Maintain accurate data and improve accounting processes
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and scale operations
• Requires 4+ years of accounting experience at a SaaS company with strong GAAP knowledge
