Accounting Associate

JLL is seeking an Accounting Associate to manage monthly labor billing and invoice submission for the Amazon Global Real Estate and Facilities client. This role involves meticulous handling of payroll information, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting for a high-volume workload, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements and internal controls.

• Coordinate and execute monthly payroll billing for $12M across 250+ invoices/POs
• Oversee invoice submission in Payee Central and cash applications
• Complete monthly payroll audit to ensure billing accuracy
• Handle billing inquiries and prepare analysis for labor PO change orders
• Manage monthly payroll accruals and support budgeting/margin reconciliation
• Implement process improvements and controls
