About this role
As a Staff Accountant II, you will be a key finance partner for NPI, GTPE, and GCB organizations, leading financial reviews and providing critical insights. You will enhance enterprise-wide R&E reporting and analytics, translating complex financial data into actionable recommendations. This role also involves serving as the Global Process Owner for R&E financial reporting, driving standardization, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

- Serve as primary finance partner for NPI, GTPE, and GCB organizations
- Lead monthly financial reviews and provide insights on spending, forecasts, risks, and opportunities
- Maintain and enhance enterprise-wide R&E reporting, analytics, and business insights
- Develop executive-level reporting packages for R&E activities
- Serve as Global Process Owner for enterprise R&E financial reporting and governance
- Drive standardization and continuous process improvements in financial planning and reporting
