Analyst-Controlling (Finance Business Partner)

Join Harman's Financial Capability Centre as a Financial Analyst supporting global R&D controlling activities. You will manage month-end closing, project WBS codes, budgets, accruals, and global R&D Capex controlling, while acting as a subject matter expert in SAP-PS and supporting S/4HANA transformation.

• Manage month-end closing activities including CATS/WBS and COPA settlement
• Oversee global R&D controlling, project WBS creation, budgeting, and settlement rules
• Responsible for global project accruals and contract accounting
• Perform global R&D project reporting, cost tracking, and Capex controlling
• Act as Subject Matter Expert in SAP-PS module and support S/4HANA transformation
• Enhance financial planning, reporting, and analytical processes
