Accountant- Senior

Children's Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Accountant to support their mission by providing accurate financial reporting and accounting expertise. This role involves general ledger maintenance, account analysis, and financial statement preparation for various health system entities. The position is remote but requires proximity to Milwaukee for occasional meetings.

• Perform accounting functions for month-end close including journal entries and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial statements, operating statements, and management reports
• Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Assist with annual budget preparation and financial analyses
• Prepare 990 schedules and support for audits
