As a Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting, you will prepare and analyze financial statements for SEC and regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with GAAP. You will manage key aspects of SEC filings, analyze complex balance sheet accounts, and contribute to significant accounting projects. This role offers the opportunity to drive process improvements and mentor junior team members.
What we are looking for 6
- Prepare standalone financial statements for SEC and regulatory filings
- Manage portions of Form 10K and 10Q filings
- Analyze complex balance sheet accounts in accordance with GAAP
- Lead process improvement initiatives
- Mentor and train other accounting staff
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
