About this role

Sprinklr is seeking a Senior Accountant, Technical Accounting to support accounting research, documentation, and contract review. This role will also participate in SEC reporting and accounting close activities, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX requirements.

Review contracts for accounting treatment
Participate in SEC reporting and accounting close
Partner with Legal, FP&A, and other teams
Assist with preparation of SEC filings (10-Qs, 10-Ks)
Identify process improvements and maintain SOX compliance
