Accounting Delivery Analyst

As an Accounting Delivery Analyst at Strada, you will provide expert payroll accounting and funding analysis to clients, ensuring compliance and mitigating financial risks. You will reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare bank reconciliations, and lead project initiatives to resolve high-risk escalations. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and clients to maintain accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.

• Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements
• Prepare and analyze payroll funding activity
• Identify and resolve accounting compliance issues
• Support client engagements and implementations
• Perform financial audits and data analysis
• Experience with Workday or similar accounting systems
