Senior Financial Analyst

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be a key analytical partner to our Go-To-Market organization, owning financial models, reporting, and analysis to drive our financial strategy. You will translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership, manage headcount planning, and partner with marketing to optimize spend. This hands-on role requires a strong understanding of SaaS metrics and a bias for process improvement, including leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency.

• Partner with Go-To-Market teams on financial strategy and resource allocation
• Own headcount planning, personnel-cost modeling, and sales capacity analysis
• Develop and present financial insights to senior leadership
• Optimize marketing spend and track ROI
• Drive process improvements and leverage AI for financial analysis
• 5+ years of finance experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
