BlackBerry is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to join their Corporate Accounting team in Waterloo, ON. This hybrid role supports the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures, focusing on the integrity of the global record-to-report process, month-end close, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX controls.
What we are looking for 6
- Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations
- Support accounting and maintenance of prepaid, fixed assets, and intangible assets
- Prepare balance sheet analysis reports for senior management
- Support external audit activities and statutory compliance
- Ensure financial records adhere to U.S. GAAP, SOX controls, and internal policies
