Financial Analyst III

As a Financial Analyst III on the Niche Diagnostics FP&A team, you will partner with leaders across R&D, Sales, Marketing, Quality, Facilities, and G&A to understand financial performance and drive informed business decisions. You will support monthly financial reporting, analyze actuals against budgets and forecasts, develop annual budgets and long-term plans, and provide financial analysis for business investments.

• Serve as a finance partner to R&D, Sales, Marketing, Quality, Facilities, and G&A teams
• Manage and forecast operating expenses (OPEX)
• Support R&D project financial reviews
• Partner with HR and commercial teams on headcount and resource planning
• Support capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning
• Support and coordinate monthly financial close activities
