Senior Analyst Finance

As a Senior Analyst Finance, you will be the financial backbone for Mars Snacking's agile venture studio, bridging accounting controls with entrepreneurial co-piloting. You will establish cost architecture and unit economics for rapid product tests, lead period close and P&L reporting, and ensure our innovation pipeline is commercially viable and scalable.

• Partner with global innovation teams to develop commercially viable business models
• Lead financial modeling for pipeline concepts, including cost architecture and forecasting
• Manage period-end and year-end close activities with accurate financial reporting
• Deliver project P&Ls, variance analysis, and management reporting
• Manage corporate tax reporting and state/local sales tax compliance
• Maintain a strong internal control environment balancing compliance and speed
