Property Accountant

Colliers is seeking a Property Accountant for their Richmond, VA office. This onsite role involves managing financial reporting for a local portfolio, overseeing accounting activities, and ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. • Complete monthly reporting and assist with audit processes
• Coordinate integration of new properties into accounting workflow
• Oversee accuracy and productivity of property management accounting
• Ensure accurate accounting reporting and timely check runs
• Minimum 2+ years of progressive property accounting experience
• Experience with Yardi and Argus
