FP&A analyst

Iron Mountain is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join their Finance team. This role will focus on core financial reporting and forecasting, assisting with month-end close variance analysis, and maintaining financial models. You will also play a key part in rolling out a new segment reporting structure and improving data workflows.

• Prepare and deliver management reports and variance analysis
• Maintain and update financial models and monitor KPIs
• Support forecasting and budgeting cycles
• Assist in rolling out new segment reporting structure
• Collaborate with finance and project teams on reporting structures and data workflows
• 5-7 years of experience in FP&A or financial reporting
