Accountant

As an Accountant at Lifestyle Communities, you will be responsible for preparing accurate financial statements and performing balance sheet reconciliations to support property management and BRG business functions. You will contribute to a dynamic finance team focused on driving value through product innovation and process improvement.

• Prepare accrual basis financial statements and monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Complete cash reconciliations and assist with fixed asset accounting
• Maintain continuous improvement in the close process
• Communicate allocations of shared services to department leaders
• Demonstrated analytical and accounting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and SUMIF functions
