Controller

Topstep is seeking a Controller to lead all accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance as a strategic partner to the CFO. This role involves ensuring the integrity of financial records, establishing scalable accounting infrastructure, and preparing accurate financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP. The Controller will also partner with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making and risk management.

• Lead accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
• Partner with CFO and executive leadership on strategic initiatives
• Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Maintain a strong internal control environment and lead audit readiness
• Build and develop a scalable accounting team and processes
• Experience in fintech, trading, payments, or subscription-based businesses preferred
