Financial Controller

Manage financial closing, reporting, and treasury activities for a global real estate services firm in Seoul. This role involves ensuring accurate financial statements, compliance with controls, and supporting tax matters, while collaborating with local and regional finance teams.

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting
• Prepare and review financial statements and reconciliations
• Oversee key accounting activities including revenue recognition and AP/AR
• Coordinate audits and support tax compliance
• Manage banking, cash management, and treasury activities
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies
