Senior Tax Accountant

ICW Group is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to support tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities. This role involves preparing and reviewing corporate tax returns, conducting tax research, and ensuring adherence to tax regulations. You will also serve as a technical resource, providing guidance on tax matters and supporting audits.

• Prepare and review corporate tax returns, provision schedules, and documentation
• Conduct tax research and interpret complex tax regulations
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of federal, state, and local tax returns
• Perform tax reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory examinations
• Lead process improvement initiatives related to tax accounting
